Steele is an Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) Engineer for Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) located in Tucson, AZ. He as a bachelor of science degree in Fire Science from Purdue University Global. He has received his Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Certification and is pursing the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. He is also a Special Government Employee (SGE) and assist OSHA with the Voluntary Protection Program. In addition to supporting his business unit locally, Steele is the Raytheon Company fall protection subject matter expert and manages the qualified person train-the-trainer course.
